MasterArm is based in Germany and provides DCS server hosting services worldwide.
Where are MasterArm servers located?
Our servers are currently hosted in secure data centers in Germany and the USA.

Ordering and Delivery

How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your preferred DCS server package and completing checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal and Giropay.
How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Peak periods: up to 48 hours
  • Custom servers may require additional setup time

DCS updates
MasterArm DCS servers automatically update within minutes after a new release from DCS. However, depending on the time of the release, the update process may take longer.

Hardware specifications
Our infrastructure uses NVMe drives and high-performance Intel CPUs optimized for DCS performance.
Do we have RDP access?
MasterArm strictly prohibits any form of remote desktop access to its servers to maintain security, confidentiality, and optimal performance.
Minimum bandwidth requirement
MasterArm servers operate on high-speed connections to ensure smooth multiplayer gameplay.

Mission, Scripts and Mods

3rd party missions
All MasterArm DCS servers fully support 3rd Party missions. If you need to customize Lua files for 3rd Party missions, you can open a support ticket or send an email. This service is provided at no cost to you.
Script uploading
Scripts can be added via support request or configured in your server portal.
Mods uploading
Mods can be uploaded via the TMT Portal and activated after server restart.

Server Accessibility

How to upload mission files?
You can easily upload mission files by logging into the TMT Portal using the credentials provided via email after your order is delivered. This portal allows for smooth and efficient uploading of your mission files.
How to manage the server?
After your order, you will receive access to the Web GUI. Through this interface, you can adjust server settings, restart your server and missions, as well as select new missions for your DCS server.
How to restart the server?
You can restart your DCS server directly via the provided Web GUI. In case of a crash or if you want to manually close and reopen a session, simply use the Server Management panel in your TMT Portal. There, you can perform a hard restart of both your DCS and SRS servers. You can also enable automatic restarts on a daily or weekly schedule at a specific time.

Other Questions

Can I change my DCS account password?
The DCS and TMT account passwords provided by us should not be changed. Modifying these passwords may result in loss of access to critical DCS and TMT features and functionality.
Do you offer squadron partnerships?
