About us

1Who we are?

MasterArm is a DCS server provider for players and squadrons. We're a small but agile team of 2 Senior IT engineers with more than 15 years of experience in the business, 1 Senior Content Designer, and three members of our technical support.

2Where is Masterarm located?

Masterarm is based in Germany. Our office serves as the central hub for our operations, and we provide our servers worldwide.

3Where is Masterarm servers located?

Masterarm servers are currently located in secure data centers in Germany and the USA. We will be expanding our server locations soon to include Singapore, India, and Australia to better serve our global customer base.

Ordering and delivery

1How can I place an order?

You can place an order your DCS dedicated servers directly through our website. Simply select the product, customize it as needed, and proceed to checkout.

2What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Giropay

3How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the level of customization and your location. Standard DCS servers typically deliver within 24 hours, while customized orders may take longer.

Support and Maintenance

1How can I contact customer support?

You can contact our customer support team via email at info{@}masterarm.de. we are in the process of creating and preparing our Discord server for further support options.

2Tech Support period time

We are available Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 22:00 (MESZ).

3DCS Updates

MasterArm DCS servers automatically update within minutes after a new release from DCS. However, depending on the time of the release, the update process may take longer.

1Hardware Specifications

Our servers are optimized for DCS performance, featuring NVMe drives and Intel CPUs with sufficient memory to accommodate the number of pilots, ensuring a smooth and reliable gaming experience.

2Do we have RDP access?

MasterArm strictly prohibits any form of remote desktop access to its servers to maintain security, confidentiality, and optimal performance.

3What's the min bandwidth requirement for MasterArm DCS servers?

MasterArm DCS servers require a minimum bandwidth of 1 gigabit per second to ensure smooth gameplay and optimal performance for all pilots.

Mission, Scripts and Mods upload

13rd Party Missions

All MasterArm DCS servers fully support 3rd Party missions. If you need to customize Lua files for 3rd Party missions, you can open a support ticket or send an email. This service is provided at no cost to you.

2Script Uploading

If you need to upload scripts to your server, please open a support ticket or send an email requesting that we add the Script folder to your TMT portal.

3Mods Uploading

You can upload mods to the server. For this action, open a support ticket or send an email requesting the addition of the Mods folder to your TMT portal. Please note that each user has a 5GB limit for missions, tracks, Tacview, and mods files. If you need more space, you can request an upgrade through a support ticket or email.

Server accessibility

1How to upload mission files?

You can easily upload mission files by logging into the TMT Portal using the credentials provided via email after your order is delivered. This portal allows for smooth and efficient uploading of your mission files.

2How to manage the dcs server?

After your order, you will receive access to the Web GUI. Through this interface, you can adjust server settings, restart your server and missions, as well as select new missions for your DCS server. 

3How to restart DCS and SRS servers?

To restart your DCS server, you can do so directly through the Web GUI provided.
- In case of a server crash or if you wish to close and reopen a session, you need to upload a trigger file to the Master folder on your TMT Portal. Example files can be found in the Arm folder of the portal.

Subscriptions and purchase

1Can I pay for my purchases through monthly subscriptions?

You can order our DCS servers for 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months package. If you prefer to pay monthly and book a subscription, please send us an email to arrange this.

2How can I order a DCS server based on my customizations?

3How can I see my order details?

To view your order details, log in to the MasterArm Webiste and navigate to your account dashboard where you can see all your order information

Other Questions

1Can I change my DCS account password?

The DCS account password provided by us should not be changed. Changing this password will result in losing access to the DCS server. However, you can change your TMT portal password after server delivery if you wish.

2Is there any partnership offer for squadrons?

Yes, we offer special partnership deals for squadrons. If you're interested in a partnership, please contact us to discuss potential offers and benefits tailored for your squadron.
